This meeting is an opportunity for residents to have an informal discussion with DHEC staff about the proposed Rabbit Hill Class 2 Landfill as a replacement for the existing Hilltop Class 2 Landfill on Rainbow Falls Road.

At this meeting, DHEC staff will:

• Provide an overview of the proposed Rabbit Hill Class 2 Landfill and DHEC’s environmental permitting process – including buffer and waste restrictions;
• Listen and discuss concerns or questions after a brief presentation about the proposed landfill; and
• Outline DHEC’s next steps.
