The Find a Facility application is an interactive map identifying all DHEC-licensed healthcare facilities and services. The map allows users to search for specific facilities and services or filter facility and service types based on the user’s preferences and provides the most up-to-date information for facility and services listings. All you have to do in order to export a current facility or service list is to click on the appropriate tab for the facility or service type, click on the Options icon, and select the "Export All to CSV" choice.

- Ambulatory Surgical Facilities

- Body Piercing Facilities
- Community Residential Care Facilities
- Hearing Aid Specialists (permanent and temporary)

- Hospice Facilities and Programs
- Hospitals
- Intermediate Care Facilities (15-bed and +16-bed building types)
- In-Home Care Providers
- Facilities for Chemically Dependent or Addicted Persons (inpatient and outpatient types)
- Midwives
- Midwife Apprentices
- Nursing Homes
- Renal Dialysis Facilities
- Residential Treatment Facilities for Children and Adolescents
- Tattoo Facilities
Specific facilities can be located by inputting the name or location in the search bar at the top of the page. Clicking a pin on the zoomable map opens a detailed window for an individual facility that includes information such as the following, if applicable:
- Facility name
- Facility physical address
- Facility phone number
- Facility administrator’s name and direct phone number
- Facility email addresses
- Facility license number and expiration date
- Facility mailing address
- Number of licensed beds
- Applicable DHEC licensing regulation
