Driving Directions
From I-26 East
From Hwy. 17 North
From Hwy. 17 South
Take I-26 East until it ends and divides at Exit 221A. Head towards Savannah on Hwy. 17 South. Go through 5 traffic lights and then take a left onto Courtenay Drive (there will be a Hardees on the Corner). Go through three traffic lights and take a right on Charleston Center Drive. Take a left on McClennan Banks Court and follow road around bend to right and Health Department will be on right. Cross the Ashley River Bridge and veer to the right at the sign to the "Visitors Center". Go straight ahead at the light following the signs to "Hospitals". Go past Veterans Medical Center and turn right at second street, which is Charleston Center. The Charleston County Health Department is located adjacent to the parking garage. Cross the Cooper River Bridge. Go through 5 traffic lights and then take a left onto Courtenay Drive (there will be a Hardees on the Corner). Go through three traffic lights and take a right on Charleston Center Drive. Take a left on McClennan Banks Court and follow road around bend to right and Health Department will be on right.

Cruse Ashley River Bridge y gire a la derecha hacia “visitor Center.” En el semáforo siga recto siguiendo las señales hacia “Hospitals.” Pase Veterans Medical Center y cruce a la derecha en la segunda calle, la cual es Charleston Center. The Charleston County Health Department está ubicado adyacente al  garaje del estacionamiento. Cruce Cooper River Bridge.
