Children's Health Services
Children's Health Services provides preventive and primary care to infants and children. Services include:
- well care (EPSDT),
- immunizations,
- limited laboratory testing,
- WIC certifications,
- lead testing,
- developmental assessments,
- vision and hearing testing,
- health education,
- dental screening,
- injury prevention activities,
- nutrition and social work assessments and interventions, and
- other activities that promote healthy growth.
Additional services are available if necessary:
- home visiting,
- outreach,
- telephone follow-up
- transportation help,
- coordination and management of genetic disorders and communicable diseases.
Fees: Medicaid or private insurance is billed for eligible patients.
