BabyNet

BabyNet is a program that provides services to infants and toddlers, birth to three years of age, with developmental delays or diagnosed disabilities. Children who meet eligibility criteria are served regardless of family income or nationality. The health care provider, parents or guardian can submit a referral form or contact the BabyNet office by calling:

Children's Rehabilitative Services (CRS)

This program strives to provide the best possible care to children ages birth to 21 years and some adults with special health care needs who have low to moderate incomes.

Our program serves Medicaid eligible children and non-Medicaid eligible children and adults (Lexington only serves children) and is in partnerships with the Family Service Center.

Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC)

The WIC program provides services to children from birth to five years and to women who are pregnant, have recently been pregnant, are breastfeeding, or have a special need that can be helped by WIC foods and nutrition counseling, and who have low or moderate income.
