- York 682 sq mi
- Total area: 3,439 sq mi
Based on 2003 census estimates the overall population is 856,286.
Region 3 has a total workforce of 541.7 (including FTE, grant, hourly and per visit)
Overall budget, including local appropriation, is $28,211,181
