Evaluation

Medicaid, BC/BS, and Medicare Rx state that databases are being analyzed, clinical lab surveys for resistance in S. Pneumoniae isolates were conducted, activity reports from county CAUse teams were collected, and an outcomes tool kit was produced.

  • Build collaborations and form coalition early on to establish "ownership" with human services community
  • Use available data to sell, target, and evaluate
  • Recruit and train local volunteers and health department coordinators
  • Train in teams, and don't discuss specific cases during training
