Christine Steagall : Christine, the CWM Unit Leader, joined the Center in October 2004. She has a BS degree in Safety and Health Management and over 17 years of industrial, state and federal government experience, primarily in pollution prevention and hazardous waste management. steagacl@dhec.sc.gov

Photo of Stacey Washington Stacey Washington: Stacey joined the Center in October 2005. She has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering, 2 years of process engineering experience, and over 7 years of industrial and state government environmental experience, primarily in air quality. washinsv@dhec.sc.gov
Photo of Bob Burgess Bob Burgess:  Bob is the senior member of our staff, having joined the Center in February 1990 as a Staff Engineer. He was promoted to Section Manager in July 1994. Bob retired in March 2006, and has rejoined the Center Staff part time.  Bob has a M.S. degree in metallurgical Engineering and over 25 years of industrial experience, primarily in metallurgy, clean room manufacturing and development, and over 15 years in non-regulatory service at DHEC. burgesre@dhec.sc.gov
