• Batteries, lead-acid (car, truck, boat)
• Cardboard
• Glass (brown, clear, green)
• Household electronics (televisions, computers, computer monitors, printers and other electronic equipment)
• Mixed paper (magazines, newspapers and inserts, computer paper, office paper)
• Plastic bottles, jars and jugs (#1 and #2; ONLY ACCEPTED at Laurens Box Site)
• Tires (limit 5 per household; without rims; ONLY passenger)
• Used motor oil, bottles and filters (limit 5 gallons)

Laurens County Recycling & Collection Site

400 Landfill Road, Laurens 29360

      Hours:
      Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 3:15PM
      CLOSED Saturday and Sunday

SITE COLLECTS:

• Appliances, large (refrigerators, washers, dryers)
• Cardboard (also accepts commercial and bulk loads)
• Farmer oil (up to 55 gallons)
• Household electronics (televisions, computers, computer monitors, printers and other electronic equipment; also accepts commercial and bulk loads)
• Oil/gasoline mixture
• Plastic bottles, jars and jugs (#1, #2)
• Scrap metal
• Tires:
  • Passenger tires (limit 5 without rims; charge of $150/ton after limit)
  • Commercial tires ($150/ton)
  • Off-road tires ($200-$350/ton)
• Used motor oil, bottles and filters (limit 5 gallons)
• Yard trimmings (commercial loads charged $26/ton)

Note: Mulch is available at no cost.
